Want to be a REALTOR?  Want to know more about the profession for personal investment?  Here is what you need to get started:

There are six mandatory courses that must be completed prior to obtaining your license.  These are Principles I & II, Law of Contracts, Law of Agency, Finance, and Promulgated Forms.

Once licensed, you must take three more courses during the next two years for your first renewal.  You can select from a variety of classes including Real Estate Investment, Marketing, Property Management, Property Inspection, Math, Real Estate Law, and Appraisal.

Availability of Real Estate Classes You Need

Trotter Real Estate & Appraisal played a major role in instituting the real estate program at North Texas College in Corinth. This program has expanded since then, and courses are now being offered in Gainesville and Flower Mound campuses.  Additionally, courses are taught at the Dallas County Community College campuses in Richardson and Northlake.  There are options for attending classes from Monday through Saturday as well as evening classes.  If you're interested in learning more, please contact our company, and we'll be happy to help you in any way we can.
